Yes. I even check for cars as sometimes people dont realise that it was a one way. Silly I know but it happens.

Yes. ...and also for drivers who don't read street signs or pay attention to the flow of traffic.
I've seen drivers actually drive up the feeder road the wrong direction so they could use the exit ramp to enter the freeway...during rush hour no less.
