is it illegal to drive with right arm in cast?
Yur thinking of the autobahn. The pavement there is twice as thick giving a better, more reliable surface and they have smaller grades. I think we need speed limits in populated areas like in cities, but areas that are flat, 4 lane, unpopulated they should bump it up to like 90 or so. They should ticket motorist for not getting over for faster cars like they do there also. One of the main reasons that they dropped the speed limits here was to reduce the amount of fuel used, but now we have better mileage cars.Is it illegal to make a u-turn where a "left turn only" sign is posted?

If we didn't have speed limits...someone could be going 100+ miles an hour and someone else going 60....and if someone would get hit by the car goign 100+ who knows what would go down. the 100+ car could say "that car wasn't going fast enough" or the car going slower would say "That car was going too fast"How many miles driving per day is considered unsafe for professional drivers?
