I rented a car to go and visit family members out of town.On my way back this morning a State Trooper pulled me over and gave me a ticket.He said I ws going 86 in a 55 mph zone.He asked me to explain and b4 I could he told me to shut up and he should ship my *** off to jail.I know I wasn't speeding because I had just pulled off a rest stop from using the bathroom.And I just got my license back because the yr b4 last my girlfriend went into labor and I was speeding trying to get her to Prtsmouth Naval hospital and the Trooper told me then he did'nt want to hearit I should have called 911 and the judge suspended my license then for 2 mths because of the cicumstance.Now I haf to go to court on May 7th any advice?Should I get an attorney?I know darn well I wasn't speeding comming of the ramp to get back on the interstate.Any advice please?!!!!!
