On some streets when they have the hand single or if the sing say Don't Walk,people should not walk right? But people still do. So-with if no cars are coming. If you are driving and you have the green light and someone walks when the sind say don't walk and you hit them,you will get the ticket.Just like if you are driving,you can't run the red light.
