Is it legal to drive my RV on the 91 freeway?

I personally have never seen published "weight or height limits" when it comes to the safety of airbags. Generally, the cut-off is children under the age of 12 should be in the back seat. If I had to guess on the weight, I would say 100 lbs. sounds about right. If I had to guess on Height, I'd say 5'. (But I am no expert on the subject.)

Went does a commerical vehicle need license plates?

Is an infant up to 12 months or weighing 20 pounds: Use infant-only or convertible seats that face rearward.
Is between 12 months and 4 years or weighs over 20 pounds: Use a frontward facing convertible seat.
Has outgrown the convertible seat: It is important to use a booster seat, as the seatbelt will cross the child’s face or neck. Pillows or cushions should not be used in place of a booster seat because they could potentially cause the child to slide out of the seatbelt if an accident were to occur.
Is taller than 4 feet, 9 inches and weighs 80 to 100 pounds: The child should be big enough that the seatbelt will correctly cross their shoulder and allow your child to be secured safely in the vehicle.

Why do certain motorists drive around after dark without headlights ?

A child of any age can ride in the front seat since there is no law that states an age limit. However vehicle owners manual in all cars "suggest" that they are at least 12.

Each state has their own rules. Check with your local DMV

Should there be an upper age limit on driving?

it depends on the child. in Missouri it is recommended the child be at least 8 years old, 80 pounds, and must be able to have the shoulder strap go over his or her shoulder with out using a booster seat. however, this is Missouri and if you dont live here your state may have different recommendation. you could always check with your local dmv office to see what is recommended in your state

Nervous Wreck. Drivers Exam.?

I think it's recommended that kids stay in a booster seat in the back seat until they're over 4 foot something... i'm not sure exactly what it is. I sat in the front seat when I was little and I think a lot of kids are still allowed in a lot of places. There's probably some minimum requirements that they be at least 3 and that sort of thing... babies aren't allowed in the front in their carseats. but i don't think that they enforce it all the way to kids who are 4 foot something... Last time i saw one of those commercials for booster seats, I realized I would have been stuck in the back seat in a booster seat until I was in middle school... and that's a little excessive. Sorry, I'm not exactly sure of the specific rules.
