I love my motorcycle but your question sounds a bit strange, like drivers are out looking to kill other people on motorcycles on purpose. I think the penalty for negligence causing death from accidents is pretty severe as it is, cars, motorcycles,pedestrians whatever.Motorcyclists (myself included) have a resonsibility not to let themselves get killed. Other than that, accidents are accidents and the penenly should not be based on whether the dead person chose to endanger themselves by riding a motorcyle or if they chose not wear a seat belt. (probably you won't like this answear)
