Daily there are many accident occuring because collision of vehicles also. If two cars are four wheelers dashes each other from front side in such a situation if there is a brake outside of a car means in front side of a car when these vehicles dashes automatically vehicle stops. Your views appreciable.

Never heard of a brake for this, they do have a kill switch that cuts the flow of fuel to prevent fire.
