Whats the rules about window sun shades in back windows of cars when driving?
Looking like sets of yellow dusbins filled with water... often infront of the splitter barriers forming acceleration or deceleration lanes or other obsticles on their freeway/motorways... so if a car hits them the car is not smashed as it would be if in hit a concrete wedge so if whereing a seat belt you should live. as the water bins absorb the impact.
Why is that on the AMBULANCE, the letters are painted in REVERSE direction?
Why dont we have such things in the UK ans wat other countires have these?

They are quite a new thing. They are sometimes used here in the UK and are becoming more common.The water bins have been used on the continent for years. As usual the UK thinks it knows better and lead the way by placing concrete blocks to assist drivers. Naturally it helps the car repair trade business : Government having damaged or closed all other aspects of vehicle production.

"anti crash barrier" I don't think they do anything to prevent crashes. They are inanimate. They are also not new, they have been on US highways for 15-20 years.Yes, it does take HMG a few decades to realise they're a bit safer & more practical than concrete.
I've seen them used in the States to protect roadworks too, more effective than plastic cones!
