For the same reason that people are "allowed" to eat, sleep or walk down the street. Do you want to be "allowed" to do anything? Is it possible to buy a remote starter kit for my car?
it is against the law in like alot of statesI think its probably because if your hurt on a bus, its on them legally, but if you want to put your butt on the line by riding in the back of a truck, then its just your backside if something happens.
What do you do with a vehicle that hasn't been driven in a long time?
illegal in PAHow school could help in the decrease of the numbers of accidents?
That's not allowed. That's only allowed where the cops are dumber than the people doing it.
Pretty sure it's illegal in PA but I still see it. Especially with landscape work crews in the back of a pick-up sitting next to their lawn mowers and so forth.
I have an s reg fiet punto and it chugs?
It's not really a question of being "allowed" to do it; I think it's a question of taking the time to call someones attention to it. I'm sure that the people who are driving the open trucks KNOW that it's illegal to have passengers in the back, they just don't care because no one has stopped them from doing it. Are there enough police officers in the world to stop EVERY truck that is in violation? No.
My answer for reducing traffic. What do you think?
The trouble with "common sense" is that it isn't "COMMON" enough!
