I have the same problem. It's hard for me to drive my big rig wearing my thigh-high boots on their five-inch heels, so I reluctantly quit doing it. But I make up for it in other ways...Seriously, don't wear your spikes while driving. It's not very safe. Wear sneakers until you get there, then change.

You shouldnt be driving in high heels at all.Safely? You can't. Nobody in the office cares that you put your high heels on after you are parked. Drive in slip-on flats, change and leave the flats in the car.
Why people think it's funny...?
I had to bring another shoe that could easily slip on and off to put on the right foot for driving - and thats only after almost killing myself when my foot slipped. I used a comfortable flat that was a also quickly changable.Wear tennis shoes to drive and slip the heels on when you get to your job.

All my wives have a special "driving" pair of shoes in all cars they drive.You're joking right? Wear another pair of shoes to drive in and take your heels with you and put them on when you get there! geesh.
