If you have ever been in a wreck that a seat belt may have very well been the deciding factor on how it came out it will make you think.
However I was in one and was t-boned. The car was drug and then flipped twice before landing on it's bottom. And I mean bottom, the tires and rims were gone after being drug. If I had had my seat belt on I would have probably had a broken neck. Luckily I had not fastened it yet and I was able to roll around with the punches!

I do. If I even try to backout of my parking spot or something without it on I feel all stressed out lol. It nags at me. I have to have it on. To the first guy in the roll over you were very lucky you weren't thrown through the windshield or half way out of the vehicle and split in half. Believe me it's happened. My SIL's brother didn't have his on and his neck snapped in a roll over and he died.

I've stopped wearing one on my journey down the stairs, enough is enough. However, when in a car, it feels uncomfortable now not to wear one. Given the type of car I drive, I'd prefer a full harness strap but then that might suggest I go too fast. I do, however, drive in Germany a lot where fast is very fast. And no, speed doesn't kill. In short, seatbelts became such an integral part of my everyday motoring I actually feel very insecure if I forget to fasten my seatbelt, no matter how short the journey. It is simply a reflex action to fasten it now.

Yes. And my car makes a continuous warning noise until I do put it on.You betcha! I've been in two serious (fatal) accidents in my lifetime, both within 2 miles of my home. The seatbelts saved my life both times. Both times the other driver was not belted in and did not survive.
