It's not fair to yourself to set goals based on where other people are in their lives. You can say to yourself by 23 I would've liked to be done with school, and starting a new career, have a car , and a place of my own that is not my parents house. where you should be is in a state to make decision for yourself. Owning a house is a huge deal and many people won't ever actually own their own home so that would be a huge task to give yourself to work towards.

Make those goals for 3 months, 6 months and maybe for a year down the road.When I was 23, I was married and had a house payment. When I hit thirty, I realized that I had bought into the thought that "stuff" was what made life good. I was wrong. It's the people that you surround yourself that makes life.You're young and have the world by the tail. You should follow your heart and head. What does your gut tell you do?
