For about five months to the present, I have a problem that pickup trucks and cars of residents of next-door houses almost permanently occupied all the parking spaces right in front of my home. There are at least fifteen to twenty people residing in each of these houses.

Call whoever has responsibility for vehicle code in your area and complain. That may be city police, county sheriff, or state troopers. Keep calling until someone takes action. If the vehicles are moved every day, there probably isn't much you can do in that case. If they don't own the houses, perhaps the owners would be interested in knowing there are 15+ people causing wear and tear on their investment, and could help you. Of course if your driveway is blocked, you can have them towed immediately. You can also call the heath department if there are too many people living in the house and ask them to investigate for safety code health violations. Likewise child protective services if there are any children living there.
