How do i get my driver license back?

Question:
please someone i need help south carolina has suspended my driver license i have not had any accidents just speeding ticket only and driving under suspending 3 times
other then that i have not hurt anyone i don't drink or do drug and i need my license for my mother which is very sick she can't driver her self around also i need my license for work my mother is handedcap so if there is someone out there that can help me please do so south carolina has sent me out a letter saying that i am a habitual offender and i need letter or show a good cause other then me needing my license to drive for the department of motor vehicles to rescind my license for eligible reinstatement can someone please help in this mattter
