I consider it a virtue to be non-ambitious when driving, because I think it's dangerous enough as it is without boy racer attacks. Some call me a boring driver, fine. But I would like to know where I might find more guys like me, who prefer lugging along at the speed limit or lower, taking it easy on the road, and imagining horrific dangers ahead of every corner just to be mentay prepared when they are there. Just efficient, safety-conscious driving with an emphasis on getting there relaxed and in peace, really. I've noticed the Swedes and the Swiss and the paraguayans drive like that. Anyone else I should know about?

Swedes? Really? I don't remember them being TOO calm out on their roadways, but they WERE safe, though. One place I do recommend for this "safe driving" to fit in proper would be Singapore. That's one place I wouldn't even risk TRYING to THINK about getting cited for ANYTHING. It's roadways are so strictly monitored, that even the pedestrians have rigid guidelines incurring heavy fines if broken, if just that. You're not even allowed to spit on the sidewalk... Yes, it's that strict! So, for "safe driving", I'd think of going there.
