Question:
I made a right turn after making my stop and watch for cars. I did not see any vehicle. all of the sudden a car behind me "avoided hitting me and changed line so another car rear endend him. The bottom line: I did not hit anyone, no one hit me, they wanted to make the light, they were speeding, I did my stop and at that time no cars were comming. Now the guy who was rear endend states this: "because I did not want to hit you; I got hit, so the guy who hit me is blaming you and you need to contact my insurance"

Who goes first?

Please give me your most honest answer, If It is my fault I will accept the consequences, but if not, definitely I will not be the one who pays for people wanting to make the lights.

in rear-ends the rule is at that the guy in back is at fault. Was there a police report? I can't see how you were at fault if you stopped--watched for cars and then went you aren't at fault--this doesn't have anything to do with you.

If you were at a stop sign or a red light, you are supposed to stop. Anyone that assumes that you're going to roll through the stop sign/red light is wrong.

What's wrong with my cars signal blinker?

If there was a green light, I can see how the person behind you would assume that you'd keep going. However, you are expected to slow down. Coming to a stop, unless there are pedestrians, may have been overly cautious.

However... the person behind you cannot claim that they caused an accident due to your coming to a stop. They are responsible for maintaining a safe following distance. Since they did not, they were in the wrong.

One more question: did you signal? If not, then you've violated a law and can THEN be shown to be responsible.
