Question:
I find it VERY hypocritical that the UK government tells us how important it is to buckle up before we drive anywhere, yet they still allow passengers to stand on buses and trains. I would have thought standing would be more dangerous than sitting in a car without wearing a seat belt. What are your views?

Don't you feel bad after cutting someone off in traffic...?
It retarded because of the population using a bus and it overcrowd the base and forces you to stand, for example, Japan everyday has overloaded buses and trainswhat is the little car the Japanese drive in the WII commercial? Is it available in the states?
Standing in a moving vehicle is certainly more dangerous than sitting buckled in a seat belt, but unfortunately not all trains and buses have enough seating available for everyone that needs transportation, making it sometimes necessary to stand. Even if there is enough seating available at the time, some people don't like sitting very close to a stranger.anyone else afraid of old people driving?
no because if u fall u will get badly injured. In my hometown, they let baby strollers board the bus, but not bicycles. They have special mounts where up to two bicycles can rest in the front bumper of the bus unharmed and when there are two bicyclists on board the third one will have to wait for the next bus and pray it's not preoccupied with other bicyclists.
How long would it take for authorities to contact the family of an accident victim?
A good part of the reason you aren't required to wear belts on trains & buses is sheer mass. Trains and buses are far more massive than anything they might collide with (passenger cars, for example), so there wouldn't be as much of a jolt if they collided with anything. When should i stop driving if at all?
Speed would be reduced, of course, but only proportionate to the weight of the other vehicle. The other, smaller vehicle would probably rebound in a whole other direction and its passengers would be at much greater danger.
