They say that sleepy driving is as bad or worse than drunk driving. Yes, your life is at stake, as well as mine and everyone else on the road when you are driving sleepy.Seriously, is your job worth falling asleep behind the wheel and plowing into someone and possibly hurting/killing them? Imagine the guilt you would have. Imagine your family's pain when they get the call that you are dead because you had to drive while too tired. Working this much and not getting enough sleep is not a way to live. You need a new job.

How safe is it on a aroplaine?
The only one that works is taking a nap for 20 minutes or so. Get one of those digital travel alarms. Chemicals work to some degrees but your brain can still turn off for a second or two and at 60 mph that's 176 feet. A lot of bad things can happen in that short distance. While drunk drivers get all the publicity and the funding , tired drivers kill a lot of people also - including themselves.
The accident report usually says " driver lost control of vehicle" But never mentions what caused that to happen.
So set up your car for taking naps in.
Good luck
