Question:
the at fault person car insurance company keeps calling me. I have already given my statement to them. Does any one know how I can stop them from these numerous calls or if they have an agenda? Thanks

I need opoinions on "Interstate Driving Academy" ... good deal or not?
Only give your statement to YOUR insurance company. If the other persons insurance company wants that statement, refer them to your company to get it. They will keep calling for a while and just refer them back to your own. You do NOT owe the other persons insurance a statement, only your own!last sign on leaving a motorway uk?
call ur insurance company and tell them to call the other companyYou should cooperate them. You must satisfy them with your proper answer. They are doing their duties. We are bound to follow their instructions. Have a patience. If you are right no one can harm you.
Why is it the motorist always gets smacked when it comes to the environment?
Sounds like they are scared you are going to sue. Very hard to make them go away unless you refer them to an attorney, then they go away real fast.Get caller ID and answer machine...Are they looking for conflicting statements? You already gave them a statement...usually an insurance company will mail out a summary type letter and you have a heck of a time collecting anything...Get a lawyer?

most definitely they have an agenda. they want you to take their first offer this saves their insurance company money and keeps them off the hook on any further complications you may have due to the impact on your body. If you do not need the money, which they often depend on that very thing of the accident causing you to be in need of money to pay bills ( the pressure points) for a decision to act now and recover at your own risk.Say you want to turn left out of pizzahut but the car across from u want to turn right?
they are waiting for you to change your story. the best thing you can do is continue to give the same exact story. if they call more than once a day you need to ask to speak to someone who can address the issue. if they keep it up you can get them for harrassment.after you tell them one time "you have my statement, refer to it," make no further statements regarding the circumstances of the accident. Ask them if they want you to hire an attorney to stop their repeated calls and to press your claim with them.

Go with krispbug on this one. Tell 'em to speak to your insurers and stop harassing you.More Questions & Answers ...
