the at fault person car insurance company keeps calling me. I have already given my statement to them. Does any one know how I can stop them from these numerous calls or if they have an agenda? Thanks

Only give your statement to YOUR insurance company. If the other persons insurance company wants that statement, refer them to your company to get it. They will keep calling for a while and just refer them back to your own. You do NOT owe the other persons insurance a statement, only your own!

most definitely they have an agenda. they want you to take their first offer this saves their insurance company money and keeps them off the hook on any further complications you may have due to the impact on your body. If you do not need the money, which they often depend on that very thing of the accident causing you to be in need of money to pay bills ( the pressure points) for a decision to act now and recover at your own risk.
