Failing this, try the local traffic office (North Western Traffic Office, covering Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Cumbria, Derbyshire & Lancashire). Give them a call on 0870 606 0440. Make sure you get the vehicle reg, and vehicle logo. Maybe worth contacting VOSA - every transport company fears them - they are the independant comissioners for transport, and will come down on them like a ton a bricks.

I make wide turns when driving. Are there any tips to make better/tighter turns?

Sounds like the company you spoke to are a very small outfit, and maybe struggling, but even so, abusive langauge is unacceptable. If any of our transport department did that, they would be heading for a disciplinary.
