Question:
I got a ticket for driving 35 mph in a school zone at 11.00 in the morning when the school is in full session and there's an empty road.
I know it is 25 mph but it reads when children r present and there is another sign few yards down the road which says the driving speed on this road is 35mph.
Answers:
I have a law poster project , about drinking and driving do u know any good slogans two use?
If you were cited for going 35mph` at 11:00 AM and could prove that school was in session with the kid in- doors at class and that the school is fenced, you would have a real good case for a not guilty plea. Photos would be good proof.Setting the car to coast at a specifc speed on the highway?
As you said yourself, school was in session. That means that kids were present. Just because they weren't in your sight doesn't count. When a child gets hit by a car it's usually because the driver didn't see them. The child could dart out in front of you because they over slept and were late, were returning from a doctor appointment, Etc.More Questions & Answers ...
