I certainly don't think women should be banned from driving, but in addition to refraining from cell phone use while driving, put on makeup BEFORE you get behind the wheel! Nothing irritates me more than a woman swerving on the road like a drunk driver while applying mascara!
If you look at accident statistics you will find that people using a mobile phone while driving have a much higher accident rate than people not using them. It's even worse if they are sending text messages.
