Question:

Answers:

Road bullies?

I think they should. And so should school buses. If they are going to make wearing seat belts a law, and if it saves lives, it should be for ALL vehicles.

Driving test and age?

no they dont. I have been on a few of them.

Should trucks be banned?

they should have some seats available with them if there wanted

Question about those rhino fourwheerlers?

I think one of the main problems with something like a bus is... let's say the bus rolls over. Now you have a bunch of people hanging upside down several feet from the roof (what is now the floor.) This can be more dangerous than just flopping around in the even of a crash. Plus, remember, if a bus hits a car, the bus will fair a WHOLE lot better than the car.

Broken power steering?

With that said however, I believe the pros of wearing a seatbelt outweigh the cons in this case. You should have to (or at least have them as an option.)

I made a right turn; there was a blind spot, I did not see any vehicles, one of it "avoid hitting me" (ja) and

yes yes yes yes anything should have them but no company will put them in until the government requires it....so pls start writing your congressman or congresswoman !!

Car accident?

Yes, most definitely.I drove Charter Bus for 5 years and never an accident. But I have had been to some and had some of these people wore a safety belt. They would still be here or not have gotten injured as bad as they did.If left up to the rider, they should sign a waiver before boarding the Bus.Charter Bus Companies and Private Owners should not be responsible for death and or injuries.Accidents do happen, and most are not the Drivers' or Companys' fault.

Windshield with invisible wipers?

Yes, they should be equipped with safety belts for everyone aboard. Most bus-related fatalities, in which passengers on the bus are killed, are caused by the victims being thrown from their seats and contacting hard objects within the bus or being ejected from the vehicle completely.

Why people think it's funny...?

You have a much better chance for survival in a violent accident on a bus if you are held in your seat.

Do you get fined for smoking whilst driving?

I think they should wear seat belts. It's a law for everyone else so why not and I also think school buses need them as well.

Why did NHTSA fail to insure that the products being marketed were safe?

There does not appear to be any law governing seat belts in charter buses but some responsible operators provide them. When booking one the question regarding the seat belt should be asked. If the answer is that they do not have them then book with a company that does. The message will soon get through. As for the problem about hanging upside down in an overturned bus it is preferable to being flung around as it rolls and hitting all the points that stick out on the way.
