Is it illegal to drive with right arm in cast?

Question:

Answers:

whats a bad case of road rage that you have had?

There was an article in the paper not long ago where a man had both arms amputated and was driving with his legs. He had been doing this for years. He was pulled over for something, (I can't remember what it was now) and he was charged with negligent driving because he was driving with his legs.
He went to court like he was supposed to, and the Judge took a recess to take a drive with him.
The Judge came back and dismissed the charge because he didn't find any cause for concern about the ability of the driver to control the vehicle safely.
I suppose if you can operate the vehicle safely, do it. If you get pulled over, go to court and ask the Judge to take a spin with you.
