I agree, 911 is not a catch all. If you are worried about your safety or the safety of the officer making the stop you should be able to call the dispatch center via the non-emergency number (that is if your county has a central dispatch). Unless you have a direct number to the officer in the car's cell phone, than in most cases there is no way to be patched through to an officer on the road, and if there is most dispatchers wont patch a citizen being stopped anyway for the officer's safety.How many times have you had an accident on your bike involving injury or damage?
