At a two way stop where the cross traffic is heavy, a car wanting to make a right hand turn (car A) stops at the stop sign and waits. While waiting, a car pulls up to the opposite side wanting to go straight through and also waits (Car B) , Behind car B, 2 more cars pull up and wait (Cars C and D).
As breaks in the cross traffic occur, In what order should the cars proceed through the intersection?

In my opinion I beleive its car A but it shouldn't matter if Car A & B are not going to cross paths. But I could be misunderstood.

If one is turning right, they only have a yeild to the traffic they are pulling into. The car going straight has a stop to cross traffic. Assuming these cars are facing each other, they can go at the same time. Their paths will not cross.What happens to nice kind humans when they get behind the wheel of a Car?

Car C has to wait for Car E to proceed, though, since Car E approached and stopped at the stop sign before Car C stopped at the stop sign. Previously Car C was not at the stop sign - he was waiting behind Car B.
