nodepends if you know when to change gear or not.. and semi automatic can be different.. on some cars is just a paddle you move to change, on some its a 2-way gear stick, semi is quick to learn any way, so i shouldnt see why not, even gears arent that hard to learn.. just takes a tiddle bit of practise, as long as you dont change too quick, most cars are very forgiving now a days

Once you have your license, it doesn't matter whether you drive a manual or an automatic.
