i'm from the uk and it's really windy at the moment and people have been advised not to use motorways or windy roads............................ boyfriend has been on a week long college trip and is supposed to be coming back tomorrow - will it be safe for them to be on the motorway tomorrow? is the wind speed going to reduce?
