How can I prove that the road humps wrecked my suspension and tyres within a few months on this 30mph road?

No, There is no area in the united states that allows personally owned vehicles that are operated on public roads to have studded or chained tires.
Why would you want them anyway? They are horrible for ride and handling. If the snows that bad,no ones driving anyway.Take the train or stay home.

They are no longer needed. It no longer snows in New Jersey. I just had to prune my palm tree and feed my alligator.
