How do i get rid of spiders in a car?

Ok so i got this car thats been sitting for a very long time with the window Slightly cracked now theres HUNDREDS of webs and spiders in every little crevise of the car and under the hood and under the car how can i kill them all and get rid of them so i can get back to using the car? and wut if there are some in the air vents? im trying to sell this car btw..should i just take it to get detailed and let them take care of the mess? Im an arachnaphobe thats why im asking.
