This is probably crazy, but I drive fast, always have and probably always will. It absolutely drives me nuts when people see that I am approaching them in the "hammer/left/fast lane" and they refuse to move over regardless if they have the time and the room to do so. It makes me want to push their behinds right off the road. Even though I do drive fast, I do my best to be courteous to other drivers, but these folks really send me in orbit.Who can go through intersection first at two way stop?

Second place are the two-foot drivers that rest their left foot on the brake pedal so you can't tell if they're actually braking (it was a major factor in totaling my motorcycle).
