Question:
I'm concerned mainly w/ traction in the rain, snow, and ice. I would also like the tires to last. I'm not too concerned w/ noise and perfromance handling. I drive to get from point A to B and not to cruise. I'm concerned mainly w/ safety. Price is not a big factor; I'm willing to spend a little more for a good set of tires. Thanks.

Goodyear Tripletread Assurance is a great all-season tire. But if you do a lot of winter driving, it's still better to have a set of jsnow tires. When will it be legal for me to drive on drugs, I drive great everyday.?
There is one tire that's truly a four season tire, and works as well in snow as on dry, but it's hard to find in the US. It's the Nokian WR. If you can find a local dealer, it's the tire you're looking for. http://www.nokiantires.com/en/locater.as...
What will it take to protect pedestrians who obey the regulations?
,I would go to www.tirerack.com
You can put in your car and it will tell you what size tires you need. You can then go through their "decision guide" and tell them what is important. You rank 3 catagories, performance, noise/ride, and treadwear. They can show you something like 20 or so different manufactueres tires and customer reviews and ratings on each one. It's really the best place to start.
What are the chemicals in automobile air bags?
If you aren't sure what brands are good, I would look at BF Goodrich, Dunlop, Bridgestone, Pirelli and Goodyear. Therea are some others like Kuhmo, Sumitomo and Toyo that are more affordable but also good.
