On the other hand, document your situation, and provide a copy of your information and request to your supervisor. Then you may want to politely remind your supervisor that if you get into an accident and you are injured due to safety equipment being missing or non-functional, the company can be held liable. If, God forbid, you are killed, make sure your family also has a copy. They could wind up owning the company. (Not much comfort to you, but the employer will figure this out for themselves if they are smart.)

air bags are not that great they have caused untold injuries personally if i have airbags on a vehicle i drive i have them deactivated. Why do people crash into park cars and brake an arm??
I agree with the first answer...I was turning left. Whose at fault?
about the second answer..
airbags do save lives.. Yes, you may bet a broke nose or a few broken ribs but you will be alive.
But you would have to get into a head on collision for the airbag to work anyway.
Most big vans and trucks like that do not come with airbags though because it is safer sometimes without them..
And if you're buckled then you are less likely to get hurt than the other car...
you have the right to refuse...then they have the right to fire you ...all vehicles are not required to have them...good luck...thanks for asking
Where does the apostrophe go? Someones car lights have been left on.?
If the vehicle was factory equipped with an airbag, you have every right to refuse to drive it.If it was not, you'd better start looking for another job. You can't ask an employer to install a piece of safety equipment that a vehicle isn't DESIGNED to have. And an airbag isn't an adder to put on a vehicle like window tint.
If you want to keep your job I wouldn't refuse
How old must a child be before he can sit in a booster seat?
If you wear seat belts air bags add little to your overall safety, the exception being side air bags. If you don't wear seat belts then you should not gripe about safety equipment.More Questions & Answers ...
