Has anyone else been blinded by the glare off of a new road sign lately?

Question:
The highway department is replacing all the signs along I-75 in my area. Even though the old signs were fine. The new ones are more reflective than any I've ever seen. Yesterday the sun hit the one on my exit ramp just right and the glare just about blinded me. When this causes a wreck can I sue he state?

Answers:

Drivers on cell phones could face fines?

Sure. You can sue for just about anything nowadays if you feel so inclined. Will you win? Probably not.

What causes more deaths on the roads: speeding or DUI?

Sun glare can always be a problem and drivers are expected to use certain tools to help them be able to see. Keeping the windshield clean, using the visors, sunglasses, etc. You know what they say about fighting city hall (or state for that matter.)

When and where was the first Automobile Fatality?

Nontheless, someone will probably claim that the glare from a sign contributed to an accident and sue anyway. Like I stated, I doubt they'd win, but anything's possible.
