What can you put on slick concrete (when wet)? Is there anything to permenently apply?

We have a nice driveway for our cars, but the driveway and walk become like an ice rink when it gets wet. I also noticed a puddle in a depression of concrete. Is there anything we can do to make this safer??

"non-skid" paint. It dries with a surface like sand paper. OR, if you want to spend some money, have the whole surface covered with those brick-like pavers. They look real nice.

you might have too much sealer , in that case you could use a stripper , or you could wash the driveway with a water/muiatic solution , that will "eat" the surface and give it more of a profile
