In a city that has thousands of moving vehicles, should pushbike riders be not permitted during peakhour?

Question:
I believe that they should not be.Today, during the afternoon traffic,I saw a pushbike rider (yet again) nearly cause an accident. The bike rider(motor bikes are not what I'm saying)almost collided with a car, which, owing to a smart driver,an accident was avoided. These people are not in the country, are doing nothing to help the environment, and,in a city such as 'Sydney' it is insanity and reckless at peakhour.I use public transport.Frankly, after all of these types of scenes(the 'pushy ALWAYS assuming some moral high ground),it would be a pleasure to see one of them hit by a truck. What do you think?

Answers:

At what age, height, and weight can children ride in the front seat?

all cars should be banned and only pushbikes allowed on your roadways...
this will save the environment, and give all the fat people plenty of exercise!

Car Bumpers, etc. Are insurance cos. and auto makers.?

If by a pushbike you mean a bicycle then I would have to say that they have the same rights to be on the road as the vehicles, many people may not own automobiles or have a license to drive one, and maybe they dont have the money for public transportation or perhaps they are claustrophic or have other reasons for not choosing public transportation, maybe the are riding for their health. You choose your mode of transportation and they choose theirs, and maybe they get off work during peakhour also.

Wearing seat belt while driving at high speed: How safe is it?

sounds like a dangerous traffic jam. would hope they'd be smart enough to stay off the streets during rush hour or peak hour as you put it

Anyone else leave the seatbelt in their car plugged in all time and just use the shoulder belt?

In my opinion, pushbikes (bicycles) should be registered if used on the roadway, which they are legally bound to do. AND, they should also be fined for breaking the traffic regulations which most of the riders do, such as riding through red lights.
If they want to be treated like legitimate road users, they should pay their way like the rest of us.

Where are they finding parts for their cars....?

Regarding your last sentence....I AGREE!!!!
