Can you drive with a broken right leg in a cast?

Is not "how much" to study but more so how much to practise and how much to remember about road and passenger safety.
Just remember, be responsible and safe for yourself, your passengers and all others outside of your vehicle. Good luck and don't sweat it!

can i fit an extra seat belt in the rear of my omega to accomodate 4 children under 12?

How bad do you want to drive? I would study until you can give someone the book and the can ask you questions and you knowing the answers!

Don't you feel bad after cutting someone off in traffic...?

In the end of course it is completely your call but to give you some advice when I was studying for the written test which is what you have to pass in order to get your permit I was constantly reading the booklet that explained the rules and regulations of the road they day before and the day I was scheduled to take my test. When I got there and finished the test I got my permit but barely because I missed four questions! I am not sure how it is where you live but in Colorado you can only miss up to 5 questions and then you fail the test. Obviously I needed to do a lot more than studying. The best thing to do of course is to actually get in a car and drive! Just make sure that you have a parent or guardian with you when you do this. I really wish you luck and hope you get your permit! Driving is a very exciting thing if you are well displined but it can also be a very dangerous place so be careful!

What does Certifying an Automobile consist of?

I know how much this is important to you, just like my case when I passed my road test before my birthday..
I am not a young driver... but I attended driving school with many young teens ages from 16 above,,and they are very quick to understand the lessons and they finished every test in class faster with good results.
I think you will get a driving permit before your birthday..so keep on reading the Handbook Manual, questions are tricky but the answers are almost there. Observe road rules and regulations when you are walking on the streets and see how vehicles go around intersections, corners and check road signs.. don't be afraid to ask someone who drives... any questions that comes in your mind about driving..ask them..
Take time to study and be prepared in your written test anytime you are ready..
the question is...are you prepared to get on the road?..that would be the rest to worry because this is the beginning to test your ability and confidence ..that you've learned from the book..with your co-driver.. .. about safety driving.
anyways..happy birthday

Hit a tree at around 10 mi/hr Airbags didn't deploy but the light is on?

If this test is to get your Learner's Licence, then you need to study your Handbook. Once you have that, you need 50 or 60 hours of driving practice to develop skill and confidence.
Once you feel "confident" about your skills, then make an appointment for a Driving Test.
During the Driving Test, you will be observed by the examiner to see that you are using your judgement and decision making skills properly. Also he/she will be checking your observation skills (scanning intersections and frequent use of rear view mirror).
Usually during a road test, you will be expected to make several right and left turns, both in residential areas and at traffic lights.
You will do a parallel park (backing test), and drive through playground and school zones.
Watch your speedometer more during your test than ever before.
Oh yes, take a couple of driving lessons too!
Good luck!!
