Question:
I was involved in a minor car accident. Both of us were backing out of driveways and hit center of the road (officer agreed with this). The police came after we moved our cars. The officer indicated it appeared to be both our faults, several times. The officer went to her car and the other driver spoke to her. The officer did not speak to me alone. The officer ended up citing me and she indicated I was just a little bit more wrong. I had no complaint at that time as I thought she would know. Today I received the accident report and found out the other driver lied about her vehicle position and in the diagram the officer drew her car in a position it was not in, making it appear to be my fault. Is there anything I can do to change this? Is my only option court? I hate to spend more money on an attorney than the fine would be. Thank you in advance!!

How to I avoid falling asleep while driving?
my best advice to you , is to get an attorney. and fight it in court. as long as it is on the accident report that way they will dispute it. so I think it would be best for you to have your lawyer there. good luck. Its a shame that the other driver said that if it wasn't true. good luck. How do you bleed diagonally split brakes?
Sometimes you can make your case to the officer and he/she will reconsider -- most likely you will have to satisfy the judge in court to avoid a fine. A police report is just that -- a report. They do not determine guilt or innocence. There's also the cost of the increased insurance.
Personal Injury or Products Liability? (Air Bag)?
You can certainly challenge the citation, and you have a right to informally or formally ask the officer what the other person said to them.
How can i put an emergancy stop on my lawnmower??
The ticket the officer wrote you is "the state vs. you". It is not "your neighbor vs. you". The ticket isn't between you and your neighbor. He won't know or care if you beat the ticket.
