Camera symbol on "New Road Angel" display?

Question:
I have a "new road angel" and when driving the other day I had two camera symbols at the bottom of the display. There was no alert sirens or anything on the display, what is this and what does it mean?

when u are making a right turn on red what sides of the road do u look at b4 making the turn?

i would guess speed camera coming up or in the area

That would indicate that there is a camera at the intersection that will catch people either speeding or running Red lights.
