Honestly I'd say more like 70. It'd be more efficient to get to most places, and it was said that in Germany having no speed limit actually caused less accidents because people had to be more aware of what they were doing.

I would leave the limits where they are. What I would change is people talking on cell phones while driving. People who don't know how to use the lever on the left side of the steering column that activates the turn signal. People who can't drive at least at the posted speed limit. People who can't merge into another lane until the last minute even when they know the lane they are in is ending until the last minute. And last but not least the inability for the planners of road construction to come up with a course of action that really works.
