I have no left arm, can I still learn to drive?

all the answers are good. I want to add one more thing if you live in a cold weather location. save a large empty metal coffee can, by a few cans of sterno heat, matches or disposable lighters. put all this stuff inside the can and replace the plastic lid. puncture a small hole in the lid to let any gases out just incase something leaks, i never had a problem but you never know. if you get stranded, remove the contents of the can and place a open can of sterno inside and light it. set the can on the floor, center the sterno can inside and crack open a window slightly. this will provide hours of heat even enough heat to warm food or water. this can be a life saver in an emergency.
