Is it legal in the state of Illinois to have blue bulbs in the driving lights next to the turn signals?

I have a 1991 Honda Civic DX, the question is about the driving lights on the front of the car.

Yes! Only Volunteer Firefighter and EMS/Rescue Squads are allowed to have Blue Lights visible from the front of the vehicle. The law which used to be 95 1/2 section 213 of the Motor Vehicle Code has now been changed, but still states the same laws. Thanks for asking before you get a ticket. PS: I am a Fire Chief.
