What is the max speed when using regular Snow Tires?

Assuming no snow on highway, what is the max safe speed one can drive while having Snow Tires?

As for snow tires: there are no limitations beyond the normal speed limit. :) You can drive normal in snow tires, just as you would with other types of tires.

I assume you are speaking about regular snow tires, and not about putting chains on your tires, or something like that.
