You can get fined for smoking, drinking or eating while driving your car. It happened to a guy yesterday - it was on the radio today.

well if you are in the UK look in the Mail today. A chap was fined for eating a sandwich while driving and it says there that smoking whilst driving can also be classed as an offence. When the smoking in public places law comes into force it will be then illegal as your car is classed as a public place. have answered this question before but I got a violation for using the word fagg instead of cigarette. You don't get a fine for smoking a CIGARETTE at the wheel as the government get a tax off cigarette's but they do not get a revenue off the mobile phone use.
