School bus drivers?

Question:
School bus drivers in our aria pull out of the parking lot into the line of trafic . the speed limit is 20 in frount of the school , they just dart out almost hitting cars & even the kids walking on the side walk , go at a speed faster then 20 past the school , I & about 30 other cars park in fround of the school waiting for the kids we drive home .
A maned police car is in the parking lot for 30 minutes at the end of the school day . They make sure cars & trucks going past the school keep to the speed limit but the buses just sip by .

What city has the most car accidents?

Does this happen in other places or just here .

I have witnessed this bus day after day hauling butt out of the school parking lot without stopping for oncoming cars on the street causing them to skid to a halt to avoid hitting the bus even though the cars only go 20mph in the school zone. Twice I have seen pedestrians jump back out of the way just in the parking lot itself. She drives that bus around like it was a racecar, whipping around the corners causing it to lean to the side farther than I have every seen a bus lean and it's not like those things have a real low center of gravity anyway. I have seen her ride cars bumpers, including mine. She should not be put in charge of driving a golf cart much less a bus full of kids.

When driving,why do people speed?

And complaining to BISD does no good. I've been put on eternal hold with them every single time so I guess I'll have to wait until the bus ends up on the news before something will happen.
