When can they be turned around facing the front? and can they be in a regular seat and still face the back??
Answers:
From personal experience what I recall was the infant has to be at least 20lbs before they are moved into a forward facing car seat or if they are too long/tall for the baby carrier.
An infant/child can be placed in a booster seat when they hit 40lbs and have to stay in a booster till they are approx. 80lbs.
