There are of course many factors; but the one I see the most (that drives me nuts) are the drivers that keep switching lanes back and forth trying to get in the "fastest" moving lane. If everyone would be a little more polite (let people merge, they don't have a choice!), stop cutting eachother off, stop following so closely, (I could go on for days), ect ect ect...there would be a lot less congestion on the roads.As a parent, do you want seatbelts on school buses?
